NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION OF THE CUSTOMER AND ALLIANCE PARTNER PORTAL

The Customer and Alliance Partner Portal (“CAP Portal”) was discontinued with effect from 1 July 2026 (“Portal Closure Date”).

From the Portal Closure Date, Users are no longer able to access or use the CAP Portal. The discontinuation of the CAP Portal does not affect the continuation of the Innovation Alliance Program. Future Program communications will be provided through innovation_alliance@ntt.com.hk.

The online booking function for CROSS LAB has also been discontinued. Alliance members may submit requests to visit CROSS LAB through innovation_alliance@ntt.com.hk. Any visit remains subject to the Company’s prior confirmation and the applicable terms and conditions.

The CAP Portal Terms have ceased to apply to any new access to or use of the CAP Portal after the Portal Closure Date. However, the CAP Portal Terms continue to apply, where relevant, to access, use, content, information and conduct occurring on or before the Portal Closure Date. The discontinuation does not affect any accrued rights, obligations, remedies, claims or liabilities, including those relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, personal data, indemnities, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Personal data previously collected through the CAP Portal will continue to be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. Discontinuation of the CAP Portal does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of such data.
