Service Quality
Service Provisioning Time
Once we accept and verify customer's order, we will try our best effort to deliver the services to customer in an effective and efficient manner.
Restoration Time
Our Fault Reporting Centre is available around the clock for our customers.
When fault reported by customers, we will investigate customer's fault at the earliest. If such fault requires site visit, we will make necessary arrangement with customer and arrange well-trained engineer to attend the premises promptly. We will try our best effort to restore the services to minimize service interruption.
Complaint Handling Time
If customers are not satisfied with our services, please contact our customer service hotline and our professional staff will listen and investigate the complaints in a timely manner.
If the complaint is complex, our staff will file the case for investigation and reply within two working days. In case there is unsettled issue, we will further check the matters and report to customer our findings as soon as reasonably practicable.
