Managed IDD Service is a unique solution to provide Call Constraint Management for better control of IDD Usage. This service offers Online Billing, Real Time Call Report Generation and other administrative tools to assist the Company Administrator to manage IDD Cost and analyse the IDD Calling behavior with competitive price. Users can also review their own usage and choose their prompting / greeting languages via the web portal.

Call constraint and abuse email alert
Administrator can define the use of IDD for each individual user by:

  • Duration Limit: maximum length for each IDD Call
  • Credit Limit: monthly credit Limit for the account
  • Allowed Destinations: A list of country codes that you are allowed to call to
  • Call Time: a timetable to indicate the time for making IDD call
  • Email alert will send to pre-defined distribution list for notifications
